What to include
Three things turn most enquiries into a same-day answer rather than a round trip.
Who you are
Your name and your organisation as it appears in ScopeKit. If you are not a customer yet, the trade you work in and roughly how many people you run is enough.
What it relates to
The project, job, quote or document. A reference is quicker for us to look up than a description of it.
What you expected, and what happened
A line each, plus a screenshot if you have one. It is usually the difference between getting an answer and getting a reply asking for more detail.
We use what you send to answer you and, where it is a sales enquiry, to follow up about ScopeKit. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle it and how to ask us to stop.
Frequently asked questions
We do not publish an inbound number. Leave your number and a preferred time on the demo form and we will ring you back, normally within one business day. For anything that is not a demo, email is the fastest route and gives us the detail we need up front.
Demo enquiries are answered within one business day. Data protection requests are answered within one month, which is the period set out in our privacy policy. Everything else we pick up as quickly as we can, in the order it arrives.
Scope Kit Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16168944, with its registered office at 55 Hoghton Street, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0PG. ScopeKit is built for the UK market and every regulation it handles is a UK one.
Scope Kit Limited is not currently VAT registered, so our invoices do not include VAT and carry no VAT number. Plan prices shown on the pricing section are the amount you pay.
Both are published on the site: the Data Processing Agreement at /dpa/ and the current sub-processor list at /sub-processors/. For a copy of the DPA executed for your organisation, email dpo@scopekit.co.uk.
