What happens when someone calls in sick at 6am?
Open the schedule, filter by qualification, availability and location, and drag the replacement onto the job. They get notified instantly. Compliance-blocked scheduling means ScopeKit will tell you straight away if the replacement's CSCS, Gas Safe or Part P ticket isn't valid for that work — before they're on site.

Does this only work for office-based scheduling, or does it cover field workers too?
Both. Office staff drag and drop on a Gantt or week view; field workers see their schedule on their phone via the field-worker app. GPS clock-in lets you compare actual location against scheduled location, so you know whose times are real before timesheets get approved.

How does the team-assignment AI actually pick people?
Six factors weighted together — qualification match, availability, location, certification status, capacity (against contracted hours and overtime rules) and travel time. Plus seven types of conflict are detected automatically, including double-booking, qualification gap, sub-status mismatch and travel infeasibility. Suggestions are ranked; you make the final call.

Will it work for service rounds, not just project work?
