What is deleted Your login, so you can no longer sign in, and the devices, notifications and settings that go with it. Your name is taken off notes and activity you wrote, and off incident reports, RAMS and permits you created; those records stay without it.
What your employer keeps, and why The records your employer holds about you, such as your employee record, timesheets, site sign-ins and inductions, are theirs. Employers usually have to keep them by law, for example pay records for HMRC and health and safety records, so they are not deleted with your account. Ask your employer if you want anything removed that they do not need to keep.
14 days to change your mind Your account is deleted 14 days after you confirm. Until then, sign in and cancel it. We email you a confirmation, and tell your employer.
Running an organisation? If you are an admin of an organisation on ScopeKit, email dpo@scopekit.co.uk instead, and we will close the organisation with you or hand it over first.
