A Field App That Keeps Working When the Signal Doesn't
Timesheets, site diaries, photos, RAMS sign-offs, permits, forms and electrical certificates — captured on site by the person who was there, with no signal required. The evidence assembles as a by-product of the work instead of being reconstructed weeks later.

Built for the place the records are actually made
Most construction software is designed in an office and used in a cabin. The field experience is where compliance evidence, hours and photographs are genuinely created, so it is the part that has to survive bad signal, cold hands and a cracked screen.
Offline-first, not offline-tolerant
Basements, meter cupboards, plant rooms and rural sites are exactly where the records get made and exactly where signal fails. Timesheets, photos, forms, sign-offs and certificates queue locally and sync when connectivity returns, with conflict detection if the same record was edited on two devices.
Clock in, clock out, split shifts
GPS clock-in compares actual location against scheduled location, so you know whose hours are real before timesheets get approved. Clocking in a second time on the same day records that shift properly, and no signal no longer stops anyone clocking in.
Daily site diary
A signed daily record of what actually happened on every live site — weather, hours, operatives, inductions, delays and deliveries. Written on site, on the day, by the person who was there, with amendments audited rather than silent.
Photos that attach to the right record
Before and after photos attach to the shift, the job or the hazard they belong to, at the moment they are taken. Evidence that has a capture window of hours — compartmentation before it is closed up, a damp patch before it is treated — is recorded where it can be found again.
RAMS, COSHH and permits signed in the field
Send approved RAMS and COSHH assessments for signature and each person signs on their phone, with account-less signing for subcontractors who are not users. Permits and plant pre-use checks are completed in the field app rather than on a pad in the cabin.
Forms and certificates, issued from site
Site forms, inspections and — for electrical contractors — EICR, EIC and Minor Works certificates created, completed and issued from a phone. Issued certificates stay attached to the property and customer, so re-issuing one two years later is a search rather than an excavation.
Questions contractors usually ask
What buyers ask before signing up — answered straight.
01
What actually happens when someone loses signal mid-job?
Work continues. Entries are written locally and queued, and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Where the same record was edited from two devices while offline, conflict detection catches it and offers a guided resolution rather than silently overwriting one version with the other. Nothing depends on the person remembering to press a sync button.
02
Do field workers need their own full licence?
No. Plans include a field-worker seat allowance separate from admin seats — Starter includes one admin user plus five field workers, Professional three admin users plus fifteen. Field seats give access to the field experience rather than the full application, which is what the people on site need and what keeps the cost sensible for a large crew.
03
Can subcontractors who are not our staff use it?
Yes, in the ways that matter. Subcontractors can be scheduled and see their assignments, and RAMS, COSHH and permit signing works without an account, so a subcontractor's operative can sign an approved document from a link on their phone without you provisioning them as a user first.
04
Does GPS clock-in track people all day?
No. Location is captured at the clock-in and clock-out events to compare actual against scheduled location, not continuously through the shift. The purpose is verifying that recorded hours match where the work happened before those hours are approved and paid.
05
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The field experience runs on both, and works as an installed app so it opens straight from the home screen. Photo capture on iOS in particular has been hardened, since queued photos taken on a phone are the records most easily lost.
Field-worker seats are included in every plan. See pricing for the seat allowances.
